Alright, here are my current templates: 

Weekly Work Sheet with Daily is my weekly dash-board from planning weekly and daily projects. I use it to time block, strategize, etc. Weekly-Work-Sheet-with-Daily.pdf

The Project Booklet is used for planning projects. ProjectBooklet.pdf

Blank Dots is a lot like it sounds, a blank page with dots. I prefer the dots to likes or squares because of its flexibility. Blank-Dots.pdf

I like the blank dots, I am going to try that one first. Not as restrictive as lines, and not as scary as a completely blank piece of paper.

The layout is messed up in the PDF's for some reason, words are jumbled and squished to the side.

I definitely appreciate these for their "starting point" value. I've redone a couple of Fisk's and a couple of these for my own use. I'm very much still in the "arranging pieces on the board" phase. Next week will be the beginning of implementation phase.
