As members of the Everbook community, we value the timeless nature of storytelling and deep reading. However, I’ll make a strong affirmative statement: your immersive experience is being systematically undermined if you aren't auditing the physical integrity of your screen. I firmly believe that "hidden" hardware defects—like backlight bleed or microscopic flickering—create a subconscious cognitive load that leads to eye strain and "digital fatigue" long before you finish a chapter. It is a paradox to seek a forever-lasting literary connection while viewing your digital library through a hardware "window" that is visually compromised. I’ve started using this fullscreen black screen tool to perform a "hardware sanity check" before every reading or writing session, ensuring my digital parchment is as pure as my ideas. Do you think a pristine display is a mandatory requirement for a serious digital reader, or is worrying about pixel purity just an obsession that distracts from the text?
